Agreeable_Error_170 6h ago She's gorgeous but you bought the lady's cat. As someone that works in rescue and fosters cats and kittens from the streets. I don't want to yuck your yum but rescuing is different. She's obviously so lucky you bought her though and thank you!

firedept10 4h ago . Please don't apologize anymore. One apology was more than was required. You explained yourself very well and from what I can see people are being r de by treating you like a child and telling you that you did wrong by using the word rescue.

Thank you for taking a retired queen and giving her a good life of being a family pet. I wish you all the best.

Peony907 • 2h ago I rescued my guy from a breeder too. He was also a former champion showcat. I love him so much and im so glad I have him, but it makes me sad the way he was treated. Not outright a Ised, but not treated as a pet.

I remember when I went to meet him, they said, "are you here to see the male or the female?" Didn't even use his name! And they had raised him from a baby! They were so ready to get rid of him because they were moving that they didn't even take money for him.

BB_Pepper_Cookie • 36m ago I just wanna also say not all breeders are bad some people need to go to breeders to get a certain animal that's suited for them. I do not support back yard breeding!
  • 17
also people should not be breeding animals when they are 2 years old their can be a lot of complications that is why I think this cat is a rescue! I've taken in many young pregnant stray animals and I've seen what happens to them! some moms
  • 18
di trying to give birth when they are very young, some can't produce enough milk, sometimes the babies don't make it because the mom is to young. THIS IS MY OPINION! and what I have seen.

. lucky_gen ⚫ 2h ago Genuine question...can this cat breathe okay? Her nose is so, so tiny. I understand that's a feature of the breed, but I'm just not sure how any of them would be able to breathe well with that anatomy.

VanillaBalm 8h ago Genuine question but is it rescuing if you still got her from a breeder? She was probably reduced in price because she was meant to be sold as a pet not a showcat or future breeding

prospect. Im of the "adopt and shop ethically" stance, i think both can be done right so no shade coming from me i just dont understand your title. Congrats on your kitty shes very pretty!
